NAEP 4th grade math trends, by state
NAEP scores in 4th grade math for all students have continued to improve across all states. However, the range in test scores shows minimal progress has been made in closing achievement gaps between rich and poor students, and those of different races. Run the following applet to see the variation in 4th grade students’ math scores, by student subgroup, from 1992 to 2007.
